So here’s the stuff I already am doing:
1,2,3, 5 ,6 , 8, 9, 11, 13,14,17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 25,26,28,30,31,32, 33 (without the fruit parts, but compensating with a lot of veg), 35, 37, 38 (sort of, yoga every other morning), 39, 41, 42, 43 (100), 44, 45,49
Many of these helped me with my current goals in a huge way, so it does work!
