Of course it does. I especially liked the bright pink titles in Don Norman’s book (the “new” edition) that hurt my eyes while reading. But in all seriousness don’t be so serious — in the end if the process is not fun (for a designer) robots may as well take our jobs and have the affordances and signifiers programmed in.
