My thoughts exactly. The dillution of responsibility has a negative effect on the outcomes. The visuals don’t have to be amazing but they need to be good at least so the team can work together on improvements. If one guy is tasked with UI at the end with the rest having the „my work here is done” attitude we end up with the current state of this industry 😎
