I have no idea what UX is anymore - it's been diluted to obscurity and judging by what most businesses do with layoffs it doesn't matter much either.

But what I can add here is that in our case (I know, very subjective) 99% of our clients have no idea how many followers I have and they don't come from social media. They come from referrals from other clients mainly because we focus on delivering good s#!t. :)
