Design Thinking — Senior vs Junior Designer
Some of these stories are 100% true, and that makes them really scary.
Due to my daily work with helping junior designers progress, I naturally talk to a lot of them on a daily basis. One thing I noticed, which I think is both cute and admirable, is how much they’re commited to doing “good” work with the users being front and center.
