Tip1

The distance between form fields needs to be big enough, so you can clearly see which field does a label relate to. If you set a distance from the label to the corresponding form field as X, then make the distance to the other form field at least 2–3 times that X.

Make it even larger (4–6x) for headings to achieve better hierarchy and readability.
